 Amex Afters x Billie Eilish

We took over Chicago’s iconic Billy Goat Tavern, located next to the United Center, and transformed it into "Billie’s Diner" for the night. This late-night spot offered the ultimate post-concert diner experience, complete with playful nods to the themes of Billie’s latest album. We gave the legendary venue an exciting new twist, inspired by her new music, to serve her fans exactly when they needed it most—right after the show.

 

Burger Box

After Billie’s performance, fans had the chance to enjoy a late-night bite with a fully plant-based menu. The box featured a plant-based burger and fries, and we also served cocktails and mocktails in classic diner-style cups branded with Billie’s logo.

 

Billie Bag

Our giveaway, also known as the Billie Bag, was available for pickup in a custom lunch box. Inside each bag was a special Billie Eilish custom merch item and stickers.

 

Arcade

The existing jukebox, Pac-Man, and Mario Bros games were all wrapped in a Billie-themed design, giving fans the chance to play a game or add to our evening playlist.

 

& The internet went wild!

The event sparked massive FOMO among Billie’s fans who couldn’t attend, positioning Amex as a driving force in shaping the cultural zeitgeist. With Billie’s Diner merch fetching over $700 on eBay, it underscored the rising demand for exclusive, niche events that deeply connect with subcultures and dedicated fanbases.
