This Project is a modern take on traditional still life paintings. It is mainly composed of objects used in Santeria, a religious practice that mixes Voodoo as well as ancient African rituals.

The idea was to bring items that represents a modern decadence: sweets, fast-food, the seductress.. And create different tableaus that speak of modern LUST. But also speak of death and the passage of time like the traditional still life did.
